We had a house my father lived in that was only a few years old. He had wanted to live in something nicer for his last few years. It didn’t need any updating or anything so our plan was to clean it up, take out all his stuff, and then sell through a Realtor. When we were in the middle of cleaning up the home we got a call from Probate Home Helpers. At first I thought it wasn’t going to work (SORRY guys but just being honest, don’t hate me). Like I said, the house was newer, didn’t need any work, good area. I had them come out and put an offer in on the home anyways. They knew our bottom dollar on it and came in with a fair offer. We discussed the offer with our Realtor, factored in the time/costs/commissions it would take to sell normally and decided to accept their offer. It was less than we might get had we listed it with a Realtor but honestly that would have taken 2-3 months to get done. It was 30 days and done with Probate Home Helpers. Thanks again for help!!

Exactly what we needed

I’ll be honest our main goal was to get the most money out of my parents’ house when they passed. My brothers and I didn’t want anything in the home, we all just needed to get the most we could from selling it. We actually started tearing down some wall paper to paint when I got a random call from Probate Home Helpers and was very up front with them about our position. They were up front as well which I appreciated. The next day we met them at the home, they looked around, and called back a day later with an offer. Their offer was fair from the start. It was within our range of what we wanted. We had looked at what other homes were going for and had a rough idea of what it would cost us to remodel the home. After talking it over with my brothers, we countered a little higher and they accepted. From there it was a done deal. No issues, no delays. We closed quickly and we didn’t have to touch the house at all. Happy you all called me and glad to have done business with an honest company.

When my mother passed away, we knew we wanted to sell her home and had a lot of work ahead. She left decades of stuff behind at the home which was overwhelming and emotional to sort through. Admittedly some was junk, but there were some personal items we wanted to keep or sell. We came into contact with Probate Home Helpers near the beginning of handling the probate and I am so glad we did. I was about to take off work and spend a week cleaning and sorting but I got a call from them out of the blue. They explained the program and sent Mike out to look at the home. We accepted their offer and never looked back. I felt we could trust them from the start and am happy we chose to go with their offer. For us, the biggest benefit was not having to clean the home out. We were able to grab what we wanted to and just left the rest. The family was happy with the price we sold the home for as well especially given it needed some updates.
